Automate Flutter app releases using Fastlane and Bitrise
Building new features for an app is hard. Shipping those features to your users easily and regularly is equally challenging.
In this lightning talk, I'll share my experience of automating Flutter app releases to the stores using Fastlane and Bitrise, where 7 Flutter Engineers share this rotating responsibility, and how we've been able to ship app updates to our users every other week for the past 3 years.
I'll share our Fastlane setup, Bitrise workflows and other scripts that we use to automate most of our release process.
